How to return an item
Any product damage identified must be reported to Musango within three (3) working days of delivery/receipt of goods via phone 01432 271693 or email email@example.com. Musango will contact you to discuss the issue and upon agreement, provided via email only, return of effected products can take place.
Please do not return the products effected until receipt of email confirming.
Please note that item/s must be in original unused condition to be returned and that said item/s must be returned within ten (10) working days of damage being reported as above.

Products that has been displayed, used, altered or reported outside the three (3) working day time limit for reporting damage, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
WHOLESALE customers – Full payment is due at time of order unless agreed prior to order placement.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit/debit card will be refunded.
